McDonald`s Shimbashi Hibiya entrance in Shimbashi

Fast service but really bad staffs. Where are the friendly staff of McDonald’s? You can’t force someone to order two when he or she can only order one. Plus, don’t click your tongue on your customers, that’s very inappropriate. Also, when it’s busy, there might be tensions building up but it is NEVER okay to shout on your customers like it’s their fault when they could not hear you. Please fix this problem. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in Japan and it is not okay.

Just a Macdo on 3~4 floors. Quite crowded at lunch time in the week.

Multi level location. Conveniently located. English speaking ordering staff. Food delivery to table for items that take time. Good experience.

No AC in the 4th floor, and smelly bathroom!Very good attention.

Good as usual for the kids break. Good seating area, express service and better quality than all others McDonald's in the world. Japan rocks when it's food.

This McDonald's is not "24 hours". Between 2-5am, only "drink" is allowed which is retarted. I can go to a million convenience stores for "drink". Also, seating is closed at this time so "24 hour drink" is retarded. Don't go here for a 24hr food place. Might as well go to a convenience store.

McDonald's atmosphere. 4 levels of seatings... However, when it is lunch time. Not enough seats.

So, you pretty much know what you can expect at MacDonalds right? No need to further detail the quality of the food or the state of the interior. What is horrible though is that this location doesnt uphold the rules of not playing videogames or do whatever here except eating. 3 floors fully taken by people not consuming anything, but just playing games. This is generally an issue in Japan, but most locations remove people to make space for customers wishing to eat.

Unfortunately this location does not have Japanese standards compared to other McDonald's locations in Tokyo. The fries they provided were soggy, overcooked and slightly cold and as this location is rather busy, it doesn't really make sense. I also have a peak to the other customers fries, who had ordered them at different time, and they were the same. Shame. There is also great lack of space when ordering and no modern queuing system like in many others.

Ice cream was a bit smaller than usual... You get what you pay for.

Love the filet of shrimp sandwich! Need this in the US. And the teriyaki burger is tasty. Quick service and very friendly staff.

Has 5 floors in total. Basement for private events. Pretty happening for 11 am on a weekday.
